Keeping your personal details up to date
JSS send out a number of communications, for example Annual Benefit Statements and Pension Increase letters.
Members and Pensioners are reminded that they should ensure that their personal details are kept up to date with us. This will ensure that the information we hold is correct and documents sent to the correct addresses.
For active members, we’re not always notified by your employer so you should always check previous correspondence from us to ensure your details are correct. Death Benefit Nominations should also be checked and if any changes are required a form can be found on the Scheme Guides and Forms page.
If you would like to make any changes, please contact us.
