The Members section of the JSS Website is for individuals who are currently making contributions to the scheme.

Current members should make sure they keep their personal details up to date

When you change your details with the respective HR/Payroll departments, this information is not routinely passed across to JSS. You should make sure that you also notify JSS at the same time by sending an email to including either your pension scheme number (this can be found on your Annual Benefit Statement) or National Insurance (NI) number.
